Wishes Can Happen, Inc. is pleased to introduce the following all volunteer group of people who donate their time to our cause.

Cyndi Morrow, Executive Director and Wish Coordinator
Cyndi and Linda Lippert co-founded the organization in 1982. Cyndi is responsible for the day to day activities of Wishes Can Happen, and does many speaking engagements on the organization's behalf. She is also very active in the actual granting of wishes to children. Cyndi is active in many community activities and serves on several Hall of fame Committees. A lifelong resident of Canton, Cyndi shares her home with beloved pet, Buckeye. Cyndi is co-owner of Koala Kruizers in North Canton.

Geoff Lewis, President
Geoff is currently serving as Board President of Wishes Can Happen. He has contributed to the board for the past several years. Geoff is a partner of Employee Benefit Services of America, in which he is the Sales Manager for Health, commercial, auto, and Homeowners insurance. He is also active in the Canton Chamber of Commerce and attends Rivertree Christian Church. Geoff resides in North Canton with his wife Amy, twin daughters Maya and Bria, and son Mason.

Joe Joseph, Vice President
Joe has been a sales representative for Fame and Superior Beverage for the past 34 years, He currently resides in Canton with his wife, Beverly. They have two sons and two daughters.

Lisa Reicosky, Secretary
Lisa is a writer for The Canton Repository and Stark Count About magazine. She has been with the newspaper since 1993. She is a graduate of Perry High School and Muskingum College, where she earned a bachelors degree majoring in business and marketing. She has four children, (two boys and two girls) attending North Canton City Schools. Lisa has served on the board since 2006.

Michael Shaheen, Treasurer
Mike has been on the board of Wishes Can Happen since 1988, and has served as Treasurer for most of that time. He is an invaluable asset to our organization by staying abreast of market trends and suggesting changes in our portfolios as needed. He retired as an accountant from Aircraft Braking Systems in 1999, and is a self-employed tax preparer. Mike and his wife, Carol, reside in Canton and have two grown daughters.

Frank Forchione
Frank has been a member of the board since 2000. Frank's focus with the organization has been on advertising and fundraising. He was instrumental in developing a partnership with WHBC to raise funds throughout the community through an event at Westfield Mall that has brought enormous exposure to the foundation Frank served 12 years as the Canton City Prosecutor and is currently a Judge of the Stark County Common Pleas Court.

Thomas Preston
Tom is past President of our organization, and has served on the Board of Directors since 2002. Tom is employed with IBM as a Business Unit Executive and is a past board member of the Stark County Family Counseling Services. Tom's child, Carly, was given a wish in 2002 by our organization. She was a guest on Disney Cruise Lines, and met pop idol Aaron Carter. Tom lives in North Canton with his wife and three daughter's.

Dave Ferrell, Esq.
Dave is past President of our organization, and has served on the Board of Directors since 1986. He is also past President of the Association of Wish Granting Organizations, where he currently holds the position of Secretary. Dave is active in a number of local civic organizations and committees, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters (past President), Stark County Bar Association--Elder Law and Family Law Committees, and various citizen advisory committes for Jackson Township, where he resides with his wive and two daughters. Dave is associated with the law offices of Ferrell, Wirtz and Souers in Canton, Ohio, and can be reached at 330-452-7531.

Heather West
Heather West is a recent addition to our Board of Directors. She has actively participating in the last three annual Wishes Can Happen Golf Scrambles as a committee member. Heather is the Production and Traffic Manager at Innis Maggiore. Additionally, she is an active member of the Canton Advertising Federation and serves on the Board of Directors; a committee member for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Fashion Show Luncheon, and active in the community through the Canton Chamber and Jackson-Belden Chamber of Commerce. Heather, her husband (Scott) and daughter (Madeline) reside in Dalton, Ohio and are active members at Calvary Baptist Church of Massillon.

Jeremy J. Foltz
Jeremy is a Magistrate with the City of Canton and operates a private law office(Foltz Law Offices, LLC) in downtown Canton. Jeremy's family was blessed with a wish for his late sister Abbey and has been involved with the organization ever since. He currently serves as the President of the Plain Local Schools Foundation and is active with St. Baldricks. He serves on the grievence committee of the Stark County Bar Association and is a current member of the State of Ohio's Magistrate's Association.

Kathy Rainieri
Kathy is the Sales and Marketing Manager for American Title which is a subsidiary of Black McCuskey Law Firm. She is the past president of both Wishes Can Happen and The Domestic Violence Project of Canton. Kathy is very involved in the Stark County Association of Realtors and the Building Industry Association of Stark County. She also owns a business called _Senior Movers_. Kathy lives in Louisville and has 2 adult children, Tara and Matthew and 3 grandchildren: Hayden, Abbi & Rylen.

Lucie Rush
Lucie has served on the board since it's inception in 1982. She is very active in our community, serving as past president of Canton Garden Center, city sponsor for Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, master flower show judge, member of Canton Fine Arts since 1957. Awarded Woman of the Year for Canton Junior League in 2002. Member of Trinity United Church of Christ.

Stephen A. Ginella, Jr.
Stephen joined the Board of Directors in 2006.  He graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1986 and has been in private law practice since as well as the Massillon City Prosecutor from 1989 to 2000.  Stephen resides in Plain Township with his wife Charity.


Madelyn-Madelyn Sweeney, Community Relations Director
Madelyn has been associated with Wishes Can Happen since 1996. She works closely with social workers at Akron Children’s Hospital and organizers of fundraisers, creates newsletters and other marketing materials, and creates special events for our wish children. She also enjoys doing wonderful wishes for our children and develops new wish granters and volunteers for the organization. Married with one child and two beautiful grandchildren, Madelyn lives in Lake Township and has been a licensed Realtor (Keller Williams) since 1986.
